Edgar Meyer and Chris Thile featured on “CBS This Morning”
Prior to Sunday’s telecast of the 57th annual Grammy Awards, Edgar Meyer and Chris Thile were featured on CBS This Morning on Saturday, February 7 as part of the series’s “Saturday Sessions.” In the studio, the pair played “Tarnation” from the 2014 album Bass & Mandolin; both the composition and the album were nominated for Grammy Awards. The following day, Bass & Mandolin won for Best Contemporary Instrumental Album.
