Edgar Meyer returns to Hollywood Bowl
On August 27, Edgar Meyer joins the Los Angeles Philharmonic and conductor Nicholas McGegan at the Hollywood Bowl for his final concert of the summer. Edgar reprises his signature account of Bottesini’s Bass Concerto No. 2, and is then joined for traditional music selections with special guests Sam Bush and Jerry Douglas, with works set to be announced from the stage.
McGegan and the LA Phil bookend the concert with Bach’s Orchestral Suite No. 1 and Copland’s Appalachian Spring. Click here for more information.
